Angel Habit is a fashion media and styling platform. It offers public editorial content and shopping inspiration, an AI-assisted styling experience, and Angel+, a paid membership that unlocks additional styling features. Angel Habit also features products from independent partner brands through sponsored placements and affiliate links.

Some features of the Service, including Angel+ membership, require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, to keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service.

Angel+ is a paid subscription membership. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Angel+ costs $19.99 per month when billed monthly or $199 per year when billed annually. Your selected price and cadence are shown again in secure checkout before you confirm your purchase.

You can manage or cancel your membership through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; your membership remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

Angel Habit features products from third-party partner brands. When you follow a partner product link, you leave the Service and complete your purchase on the partner's website. Angel Habit does not own, stock, sell, ship, or fulfill those products, and is not a party to your transaction with the partner.

Product availability, pricing, sizing, shipping, returns, and customer service for partner products are solely the responsibility of the partner merchant. Some links are affiliate links, which means Angel Habit may earn a commission when you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Sponsored placements are identified as "Sponsored" where they appear.

The Service includes AI-assisted styling suggestions and recommendations. These are provided for inspiration and convenience only. They may not always reflect current availability, sizing, or pricing, and they are not professional, financial, or any other form of advice. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions, which are made with third-party merchants under their terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its security features.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service by automated means without our permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Copy, republish, or commercially exploit the Service's content except as allowed by law.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and original editorial content, is owned by or licensed to Angel Habit and is protected by intellectual property laws. Partner imagery and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service relies on and links to third-party services, including Stripe for payments, partner merchant websites, and social and advertising platforms such as Pinterest. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your dealings with them are between you and the third party.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, RECOMMENDATION, OR PRODUCT INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGEL HABIT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
