Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. If you create an account or subscribe to Angel+, we collect your email address and authentication credentials.
• Styling preferences and requests. Information you share with our styling features, such as occasions, sizes, budget, saved looks, closet items, and questions you ask Angel.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status, but we do not store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data. Pages and products you view, clicks, approximate device and browser information, and referring URLs, collected through cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies.
• Marketing attribution data. When you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we may capture campaign parameters (such as UTM values and Pinterest click identifiers) so we can understand which campaigns bring people to Angel Habit.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Deliver AI-assisted styling suggestions and personalize your experience.
• Create and manage your account and Angel+ membership, including billing through Stripe.
• Measure the performance of our content, campaigns, and partner placements.
• Send service-related messages and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
• Protect the security and integrity of the Service.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as your theme choice), and understand how the Service is used. Our analytics record on-site actions such as page views, styling results, and clicks on partner links.

Advertising measurement (Pinterest and Meta). When advertising measurement is on, we use the Pinterest Tag and the Meta Pixel in your browser to record page visits. The Meta Pixel records page visits only: we share no account, email, name or any other customer data with Meta. With Pinterest, the tag also records a small number of conversion actions, and we send verified Angel+ purchases to Pinterest from our own server through its conversions API, carrying the same event identifier so each action is counted once.

To help Pinterest match an event to the right account, we include matching data that we hash with SHA-256 before it is sent: the email address and name you gave us, and a first-party identifier we issue for your browser or account. Hashed data is still personal data, not anonymous data. We also read the Pinterest click identifier (epik / the _epik cookie) when you arrive from Pinterest, and we store our first-party identifier and that click value on your device for up to 30 days. We never send your raw email, your raw account identifier, your date of birth, gender or phone number, and we never infer or send your city, state or country.

Purpose: measuring which campaigns bring people to Angel Habit and whether they became members. You can turn advertising measurement off at any time below; we also honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Turning it off stops the Pinterest Tag and Meta Pixel loading and stops server-side conversion events for you.

Angel Habit features products from third-party partner brands. When you click a partner link, you leave our Service and visit the partner's website, which is governed by that partner's own privacy policy. Some links are affiliate links: the partner or its affiliate network may receive information about your visit, and Angel Habit may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. We do not control and are not responsible for partner data practices.

We share information with vendors that help us run the Service, including:

• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Our cloud hosting and database provider, for account authentication and data storage.
• AI model providers, to generate styling responses from the requests you submit.
• Analytics and advertising measurement providers, including Pinterest.

These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms, and only as needed to deliver their services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can update or close your account through your account settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and control cookies through your browser. Depending on where you live, including certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do, and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
